The new methods that have been applied are:
- Use of non-radioactive materials.
- Application of specifications for the heating and the ventilation of the buildings, with the exploitation of solar power
- Special grounding of the foundations for anti lightning protection and covering of the roofs with special membranes against electromagnetic radiation.
- Full heat insulation of the buildings with mineral, non-cancerigenic, materials.
