Flying direct to Kalamata during the summer months you are just 4 hours from London or Madrid, around 3 hours from Paris, Amsterdam or Frankfurt and 2 hours from Rome. Kalamata airport is just over 1 hour, by road to Kritharaki. This makes it perfect location for either short breaks or long stays.

“Kritharaki project” is situated at a distance of 1.5 km away from the sea at Kamaria area. It is a project of eight villas in 2.000m² plot each which gives the opportunity to have a pool and a big garden.
The position and the direction of each villa provide privacy and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
         

Each villa is built in two levels: The ground floor - measuring 88m² –has its own entrance and it is not put in shape but it can be converted as the owner wishes. A possibility it is shown at the drawing: an independent apartment with utility room and garage. An internal marble staircase leads to the first floor.
         

The first floor -80.53m²- and includes 2 spacious bedrooms with A/C, a bathroom and a WC, a dining room and a spacious sitting room with the fireplace. There is also a covered veranda of 32m², that allows you to admire the magical view.
