The Tapia project is a small, quiet site overlooking the Mediterranean. Situated just to the east of the Methoni at the very south west of Peloponnese it is within easy reach of beautiful beaches, shops, bars and taverns.

This is a project of six villas: 2 villas of architectural design Leda, 2 of design Athena and 2 of design Aphrodite. Two of them (one Leda and one Athena) are available and the others available of plan.

Flying direct to Kalamata during the summer months you are just 3 hours from London or Madrid, around 3 hours from Paris, Amsterdam or Frankfurt and 2 hours from Rome. Kalamata airport is just over 1 hour, by road to Tapia.
